Education/Outreach

The facility hosts an annual summer SPM workshop, free to UArizona students and researchers interested in using SPM as part of their research. The SPM workshop is a week-long lecture and lab workshop in practical scanning probe microscopy with a hands-on training during the lab portion of the workshop, including treatment of scientific digital imaging ethics, and instruction on SPM image data analysis. Contact the manager for information on the next SPM workshop.
