Research and Education Activities

Teaching
My main teaching focus areas are the instrumental analysis laboratory (CHEM 400A) and laboratory safety (CHEM 405A, 405B, and 405C).  I strive to ensure that my course content is relevant and useful to students. I believe that context-based assignments make the lab experience meaningful and practical; they are a fun and effective way to equip students with the skills they need in their future careers.
