CBC is proud to welcome new staff member Regina Logan to the team! Regina is a grant and contract administrator working in the BSW building (for now). Here’s a brief intro for anyone who hasn’t been fortunate enough to say hi just yet:

“I am from rural South Dakota and my earliest memories are of raising animals that were abandoned as young infants. In today’s language, we created an animal rescue. These included coyotes, foxes, racoons and even opossums. We had large outdoor pens for them and did our best to feed them the food they would find in the wild. My oldest brother worked on a farm, and cutting hay caused all kinds of damage to ducks, so their eggs were brought in, hatched, and raised in our home while we worked with Game and Fish. They were ultimately released out into the wild with the hope of them flying to the south with their counterparts before winter hit.

“My first college degree was in anthropology focused on high plains archaeology. This was followed by an MBA in Business Management, which was followed by an MSM in Project Management.

“I took early retirement because I thought it was time for me to focus on something other than management of contracts. Then the pandemic hit, and I decided I needed to get back into the work environment. I enjoy my work here and feel that I will be a good fit.”
