Nadia Ingabire is an undergraduate senior majoring in Biochemistry. Nadia currently works in the laboratory of Dr. Anne Cress, studying the contribution of laminin binding integrin A6B1 in prostate cancer cell metastasis. During her undergraduate career, she participated SIMI, a summer research program that exposed her to her first research experience. She also joined the MARC program, the CBC ambassador program, and other on campus student organizations. Following college, Nadia looks forward to pursue graduate studies where she wants to study developmental and/or cancer biology. In her free time, Nadia enjoys swimming, watching movies and traveling.
